Show real, stage 1, and stage 2 side-by-side #74

When we are visualising stage 2, we save an image which contains the real, stage 1 (re-scaled up to 256 by 256), and stage 2 side-by-side
Added typing as much as I could (I may have missed some or done some very loose types)
Linting and formatting with black

@Devin-Taylor the only place where any functionality should change is in the visualization files - but just incase, let's not merge this until we have finished training this stage 2 flowers model
