Is it possible to use with PNG images? #10

I want to use dense3DCRF for post processing segmentation masks format PNG, is it possible to change the format from niftii to one or co avert the png images into niftii?

Not yet. But if you want to use you need to change a lot of code

ok, thanks Miguel Angel Martins Ribeiro 🙏🙏🌼 know i would to work with a Niftii files in google colab, and i hope to load and view this images, but no result 😪😪😪
