The daily test results are abnormal since 20240921

Describe the Testing Issue

Since 20240921, the results of daily test are abnormal:

1. the performance score of intel-cg/intel-dav/gnu-dav are abnormal elevated, while the performance score of intel-elpa/intel-scalapack are abnormal decrease.
2. gnu-elpa calculation is failed
3. the commit of intel image is stay at 320b07f

Should be noticed that, the machine is changed since 20240921 from "CPU / Intel(R) Xeon(R) Platinum 8269CY CPU @ 2.50GHz" to "CPU / Intel(R) Xeon(R) Platinum 8255C CPU @ 2.50GHz", I am not sure if the abnormal is aroused from this change.
