[ ] add a video editing step before the analysis so that the video can be rotated to make the sides of the maze parallel to the sides of the video frame (dlc main may have something similar)
[ ] add an option to define the maze by clicking on the corners

Opencv or any other command line program does not have a feature of rotating a video. So, the main feature implementation is postponed. Instead, rectangular based video cropping was implemented (https://github.com/deepneuroboun/DeepLabCut/commit/0446b7a2ffdb0645fc9dca26c7451cf77cf5c763).
