Inquiry about running Acoustic Cell Tagmentation datasets #5

Hi,

I am running the ACT datasets with SeCNV, however, it seems that there is a lot zero column in the kr. Also I checked the genome_cov.bed, it looks good. So I am wondering what parameters you used for these 8 datasets? Thanks.

Also, I am curious about what threshold you set for getting 900 cells in TN1, for now, I kept all of them, it might get me this error.
