Copied similar changes by @sg-s in #56 to README.md to docs/configure.md
Fixed capitalization of Python
Updated terminology:
- 'data management' --> 'data hub'
- 'workspace' --> 'folder'

Note, this only partly updates the terminology for workspaces because its still embedded into our backend
