Fixed as of sigplus version 1.5.0.159.

The sigplus content plug-in and the sigplus editor extension (aka. sigplus 
editor button) plug-in have been sharing Joomla media folders. When the entire 
sigplus package was uninstalled, the content plug-in removed the editor button 
"*.css" and "*.js" along with its own media folder, and a second attempt by the 
editor extension plug-in failed. The editor extension media files have been 
moved to a folder of their own, "plg_button_sigplus", which should solve the 
(un)installation problem indicated.
