What steps will reproduce the problem?
* The left upper corner appears a black rectangle with the letter download 
files an other thing
* The first lightbox popup seems to have the same  issue
* The slingbox2 with mootools an jquery appears below a menu and the menu 
overlap the images

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is that all popup work well and don't have the black 
rectangle or show below a menu

What version of the product are you using?
the version is 1.4.2.11

This is the sigplus 1.5.x issue tracker but the issue is not related to sigplus 
1.5.x but rather sigplus 1.3.x/1.4.x. Please use the sigplus 1.3.x/1.4.x 
support page for questions related to earlier versions of the product:

Moreover, the issue is not specific to sigplus but a third-party extension the 
said black rectangle is part of. From past correspondence, I would suspect 
MediaElement.js (mejs)

or a Joomla extension based on mejs to be the root cause of the issue. 
Disabling or removing the extension solved the case for another user with the 
same problem, and made the black rectangle disappear. I may, however, be wrong 
on this point on claiming mejs to be the culprit; it would be great if you 
could provide a link to the website so that it may be inspected live and a 
solution that is very specific to the problem can be suggested. Thank you in 
advance.

Regarding the issue with stacking order, I would suspect your menu uses Flash. 
See the sigplus FAQ entry "When the pop-up window opens, it does not cover a 
video (or other Flash content)." on the sigplus FAQ page for a workaround:

The important point is that it is not sigplus that you have to re-configure but 
the extension or template that generates the Flash content.
