Warning: gallery gallery-001 is empty

Hi!

Reported high discomfort in working with galleries, the new version.

situation:
.1 Menu Type: Category List
.2 Category contains many articles with the galleries,
.3 One of the articles is Access only for one group eg "Editor".
.4 Now, Photos in this article have been removed and the gallery is empty.

Now the problem:
• Selecting a menu with a list of all articles in the category I get the 
error: "Warning: gallery gallery-001 is empty" ?

• If you log on as a user in another group eg "public"that does not have 
access to the article in the empty gallery also get the error "Warning: gallery 
gallery-001 is empty" even though the user does not have rights to the display.

In my opinion, this error should be displayed only when you look through the 
article in the empty gallery.
and It should not also be displayed when the plugin SIGPlus is set to "Server 
debug mode: laconic" in Joomla: Server debug mode: none.

The second problem is that if the articles in this category is a lot of it is 
very difficult to determine which gallery is empty. Then he gets nervous 
because of one gallery all browsing a category of articles have shown a great 
prompt an error message. It annoys viewers and causes an avalanche of questions 
to the administrator.

Are you sure the warning message is emitted by sigplus and not some other 
extension you have installed? Having done a quick search in the sigplus source 
code and distribution package, the message that informs you that a gallery is 
empty reads as "There are no images in the gallery" (displayed where the 
gallery would normally be shown) and it is not accompanied by a warning icon. 
There is certainly no message "Warning: gallery xxx is empty". Could you please 
quote the exact message you get?

Yes, I test for this installation only SigPlus.
When the problem occurs again I will send the report.
