Handling if directory has only one image #57

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. directory with only one image

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
All arrows etc. that are used for advancing to the next image should be turned
off when there is only one picture. Also the automatic slide should be turned
of, if there is only one image. Otherwise the slider always slides to the same
picture and that is not really what I would want / expect.

This strange behavior in sigplus 1.5.0.165 was specific to looping galleries
(first image follows the last). In sigplus 1.5.0.166 and later, a single-image
gallery always implies a gallery without looping. All controls that are
meaningless in the context are automatically disabled and/or hidden.
