No preview and thumbs are generated anymore

What steps will reproduce the problem?
I accidently removed the folders fullsize, preview and thumbs in my images 
folder and created new ones but sigplus doesn't generate new thumbs and 
previews anymore. I deleted the cachefolder but that didn't help. I uninstalled 
the plugin and installed it again but still nothing changed. I made a new 
folder and a new gallery but same result.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect a gallery with one rule and 3 colums and 3 picures visible. But I get 
all pictures in the page in two colums and a different size.

What version of the product are you using?
Joomla 1.5.24 and the latest version of the sigplus plugin, 1.3.4.9

Please help me out! I searched Google and the forum but can't find a solution.
