The hybrid retrieval tutorials (1.x and 2.x) are broken (https://github.com/deepset-ai/haystack-tutorials/actions/runs/8034026294/job/21945118537), since the dataset we are using has been removed from Hugging Face.

starting from a similar dataset, I created a small example dataset for our tutorial: anakin87/medrag-pubmed-chunk
I adapted the tutorials to use this new dataset
