Create Haystack Home overview pages #404

Move pages from haystack documentation website to haystack home.

This looks good to me. In the 'intro' section in HH where we have that last list for 'Nodes' 'Pipelines' and 'Rest API' do you think it's worth giving a very brief/short description of them? And then point to docs for a detailed 'Levels of Haystack' explanation? WDYT?
