Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1 open picture files... / Acturus.png
2 select as current frame
3 click on: bottom right toolbar/edit star mode
4 select most top right star to add it
5 click on: bottom right toolbar/edit comet mode
6 select most top right star ===> Acces violation
