Please, please follow instructions and report problems on the mailing list (where you would have found the solution to the problem).

I think you will find that the solution to this problem is to download the latest version of the Visual C++ re-distributable (vc_redist) for x64 from:

https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe

and running it, selecting the “Repair” option.
