ffmpeg is not present in Ubuntu #9

Could there be alternatives to using ffmpeg offered in download_dataset.sh?

You should be able to get ffmpeg at this address: https://johnvansickle.com/ffmpeg/releases/ffmpeg-release-64bit-static.tar.xz
