Latest version of the code, with the script that provide the result for the simulation and the latest version of the plotting notebook.

Before merging, consider this...

• There is one notebook in the history with some figure. I was not able to clean it because every rebase attempt ended with so many conflicts... (I should have fixed it before merging master on my branch)
• I have commited the results in order to be able to produce the plots. They are small npz files. If I did not screw up they should not change (they are all in one commit d547ae9 ).

After this merge, I will delete the branch nati and make feature branches.

The bad commit is bd03641 . I commited the cleaned notebook in b5f1b3e .

I just made a new big push where I refactor a major part of the code... I remove a few useless notebooks.

I guess now it is not the time to merge this pull request as

• I need to test the whole_sphere.ipynb notebook.
• I need to re-run all the simulation to be sure that I did not broke anything.
