Update Hazelcast to V4 #5

Hazelcast needs alot of love as a connector and also needs to respect the new V4 API.

I haven't done this yet as it doesn't appear we have any users on this on V4 yet. Help much appreciated!

This requires the generic cache test suite to be implemented (either as part of this or a separate issue)

Started on this but a bit of work. The main outline is there, just needs to be implemented properly (branch V5)
