when i run sample_apps，it occurs a mistake. #1053

hello, i am new in deepstream. But when i start with the file. it occurs a mistake.

i reach to the dic like ../apps/sample_apps/destream-test1

  1. make
  2. ./deepstream-test1 sample_720.h264

i have been copy the h264 file to this dic before. but it occurs a mistake:One element could not be created. Exiting.

what's wrong about this mistake? Is my envs wrong? If you have some suggestions, pls remind me. ths!!!

Can you provide some more detail? If this is the C library it isn't currently supported I'm afraid.
