Elm Client #461

Would be nice to have a deepstream elm client like horizon-elm client . I wouldnt do much of a good job trying to write one at the moment as i just started learning elm. but any thought on this.

Hi @joshua1 ! We currently do not have this on our roadmap for a long future. Feel free to try it out and let us know if you need any support.
