deprecate, point users to babel-plugin-istanbul #22

https://github.com/douglasduteil/isparta is currently unmaintained. This project would not be useful without a maintained version of isparta.

Also note that istanbul is adding support for 'harmony' features, so this tool might become redundant in the future. Unless you move the focus to supporting the funkier es2017 and babel features.
