Navigation Button styling #46

Navigation buttons and their associated "add new" buttons do not line up. They should be the same width as all the other buttons. All buttons should be the same width

Account button in nav bar no longer has an "Add New" button below it. Edges of button should be rounded to match the other buttons.

I am still seeing the Add New Button underneath the User tab in the sidebar. I can style it to look really nice if you want it there at all. LMK after that marking closed
