design view for selecting packages #76

A screen for the packages that a user can choose to pay for in order to do advertising needs to be designed and added to buzzbands. The details are not yet hashed out for what those packages will but, but we should assume there will be around 3-4 options.

This page should actually just be visualization of how the service works and a way to contact us to sign up
