create link that points to package sales page #80

There should be a link for users to click on to sign up for our service as a bar/venue owner, marketer...etc. This page should be referenced by a link somewhere in the app with ui-ref='/servicePackages'

We have decided to not go with packages at the moment, Users will instead register to administrate venues via their accounts. See the pricing page in the wiki for more details on pricing structure

A link for viewing pricing has been added that is only viewable to general users.
