Hicexplorer with Micro-C analysis #769

This was previously raised that the newest versions of hicexplore matrix build requires restriction enzyme information, which Micro-C result does not have. I used 3.4.3 version, which works well for Micro-C without re information. But I am also trying hicHyperoptDetectLoops, which is a function introduced in later versions. It is really hard for me to play around with different environments. Would you add a Micro-C mode to the current version?

Maybe we can integrate it in a future release. However, don't expect a new release soon.
