cannot see converted .mcool in Higlass #801

I need help with converted .mcool in Higlass. I converted h5 to mcool in HiCExplorer, but cannot work in Higlass. How can I see converted mcool in Higlass. What is the problem with that?? mcool was maybe successfully made, and use "higlass-manage view /tmp/my file.mcool ", but still blank page.
