Confuse about bin size in hicAggregateContacts #824

Dear developer,

Thank you for your power and interesting tool.

I'm sorry because my question may be stupid.

I just want to know bin size in hicAggregateContacts is associated with input files(e.g. cool or h5 files)?

It's mean if my input file is 50kb_tomato.cool, so my hicAggregateContacts heatmap bin size also is 50kb?

Hi, Yes exactly. The bin size is not changed during the hicAggregateContacts.
