Question about normalization and correction of MicroC data #852

Hello,

Thanks for creating such a nice tool. I have a bit of a noobish question - I have MicroC data which I have processed via pairtools but I'm stuck on how to correctly normalize and correct. I was wondering if I normalize using hicNormalize on a given .cool file, and then use hicCorrectMatrix correct, when I create a .mcool file from the processed .cool, will the other resolutions also be normalized/corrected? I not, how should I go about this?
