isuue with mcool to hic #866

I have been exploring the documentation and it seems that the hicConvertFormat module does not support converting .mcool files to .hic files. I was wondering if there are any plans to add this feature, or if anyone has any suggestions on how to achieve this conversion? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Hi,

we only support hic to cool /mcool, but not the other way round. Imho there is no library for this. Maybe you can ask the developers of hic format if they want to provide it.
