Incorrect documentation rendering #679

For some reason, the parameters are no longer rendering properly on read the docs. I recall seeing them when I looked locally, so perhaps there's an incorrect setting somewhere.

The documentation is now rendering correctly. Apparently HiCExplorer still has an issue though.
