Write out bw track color? #62

Not so much an issue but was curious if it was possible to write out a bw track with a specific color for visualization on IGV? Perhaps this can be integrated into the header?

Unfortunately there's no place in the bigWig format to put colors, so that would have to be set manually in IGV.
