207 Introduction

All the getters are taken away from API class. These are unnecessary.
BlockChain package coverage is improved thanks to @ymte
Some API tests are changed so it tests the API class better
The test coverage is improved
Purpose

-To finalize the application code
Removed ReadCrawlerBlockQueryTest.java because it keeps making the build fail in windows (thanks @ashay123).

Why did you delete the test? Doesn't this worsen the coverage?

It does but this keeps the build failing in windows as you said too

Well, travis uses linux, so maybe locally the build would fail, but on the server it won't.
