On the 'define key' menu it is not possible to select the middle mouse button
as a key. It would be nice to be able to do so.

See here: https://encrypted.google.com/search?q=computer+mouse#q=mouse+button+3
And from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mouse_button:

"A mouse button is a microswitch on a computer mouse which can be pressed
("clicked") to select or interact with an element of a graphical user interface.

The three-button scrollmouse has become the most commonly available design.".

Most internet browsers use the middle mouse buttons to open a link in a new
tab. It is simply recognized as by the OS as 'mouse button 3'.
