Known issues about new movie player #633

It is huge project to change movie player library from Smackerw32 to libav(I 
basically created a movie player myself). it is impossible to make everything 
perfect in one step. Following issues are known:

1. although Smackerw32.dll is not really in use now, KeeperFx still think it is 
required so we cannot delete the dll yet. Can someone fix this instead?

2. Video and audio are not perfectly synced yet.

3.First click seems not exiting movie. you need to click twice

4.crash when exiting keeperFx, I think some thread didn't exit successfully.

5.Audio does not get muted when it should be(mute option, lose focuse, etc)

issue 4 and 5 is fixed

The 1. will not be fixed until KeeperFX is fully rewritten.
Not a big deal - the library has very small footprint.
