Ssh fix #5

I've updated the code so that the SSH keys will be generated automatically and authorized_keys will live in /config so that master can SSH immediately to slaves.

I've branched off this to get slave auto registration working. See https://github.com/deevus/docker-plex-remote-transcoder/tree/feature/slave-registers-to-master

So once this branch is merged I'll rebase the other branch
