Connect on buy / Buy after connect #287

If the item is on sale, we will be displaying the buy button. If wallet is not connect, we will connect first. After a wallet is connected, we should display the buy modal.

ENG-103 For items of the collection in sale, display always buy button

If the item of the collection is for sale, we must display right away the buy button. If the wallet is connected, we should display the buy modal. But if is not, we should display the connect wallet modal and then the buy one.
