feat: add tags for elements on auction #290

We are going to merge on sale and auction sections into one. Tag is so that we are able to identify the ones that are on auction.

ENG-99 Identify cards on auction

To display that a item is on auction on the list page, we are currently using the countdown which is very complex. So one of the ideas to achieve this is to add a label to the component, this way we can identify not only that it is on action, but also that it is for sale, or whatever we want. Yeah still not seeing any difference

@habibitcoin this only affects the ordinal cards. I created an auction and apply a small fix pls try again.
