Option to disallow syllables in romanizations #83

It might be beneficial to allow users to disable syllabification rules in a romanizer. It would probably work better as an option, however, because I know, at least, that I sometimes want intermediate romanizers that have syllabification.

In the final romanisation, I may need syllabic features on (in case of irregular stress, tone, etc.) and when trying to delete them by hand, symbol by symbol, I sometimes end up with a stray . or two. A Then: Syllables-clear would be an improvement indeed.

Ooh that would be great bc at the moment I have a couple "breakdown" rules at the end that do all that and they clog the "Stages" view when I turn it on.
