Apply DM Sans Font to All Elements in Storybook Configuration #354

To improve the consistency of our design system, we need to set the "DM Sans" font family for all elements in our Storybook project. This requires updating the global CSS and Storybook configuration.

Right now when i add component to webapp default font-family is Roboto.
