update translations / bug find in en_us lang #261

the lang key of ""Blue Building Spell“ should be either ”item.dcs_magic_card_m3_gu3.name“ ，which is currently ”item.dcs_magic_card_m3_gu4.name“ in en_us lang I did not change the origin en_us file so you may recheck that line(line 921 in en_us.lang) by yourself.

moreever there are also avcancements that have wrong translation key image i dont know why but things should be correct i will close this pr and reopen a new one with corrections.
