The script I told you about.
Fixed some bugs, changed the default to overwrite previous definitions instead of skipping (otherwise it would break the site and anyway most of the time it's for a new virtual host so no previous .htaccess or config.php exist anyway).
Also added instructions to README.md and added some instructions that were missing in the Longer instructions part.
