Toolbar in full PM view #128

when you use any of the tools from the toolbar in private messages, it just sends you to the top of the page instead of inserting a tag. So if I hit the quote button it would send me to the top and not lay down the tag

I'm not able to reproduce that bug, I tried on Chrome, Firefox and Chrome for Android all are working fine for me.
