The data flow for messages/conversations in the new UI changes with the integration of the Vercel AI SDK.

it has changed yet again due to mixing chat completions with assistants on the same page and the fetching of threads by id in the url

Is this Miro diagram still relevant? Also, recommend storing this as a markdown file using mermaid diagrams for better visibility/maintainability.
