closes #559

Persist file upload status during client side navigation.

If the user uploads a file and it takes a long time, or errors out, and they navigated away from the upload page, when they navigate back to the upload page, file upload/error status is still displayed.

There is no test added for this functionality yet because it depends on another chore: https://github.com/defenseunicorns/leapfrogai/issues/636 status-persist.webm
