chore(ui): update docs for running UI with LF API #639

Now that we can use LF API as a backend, we need to update the UI docs for how to run the application.

Considerations:

  1. Using same Supabase as LF API
  2. Option to use OpenAI, but still need Supabase
  3. Keycloak vs non keycloak, LF API vs OpenAI
