Investigate remote file authentication

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

In order to allow the fetching of files that may require a token or other forms of authentication the ability to handle auth should be added to the network pkg.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Given an authtoken (or another commonly supported patterns) in a config(?)
• When fetching remote authentications with the hostname(?) in config(?)
• Then the authtoken is provided in the request (securely)

• what forms of auth should be supported initially?
• what sort of confg pattern?
• do we need a command to add to config?
