(Console): Support multiple files as input

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently only a single file can be input into lula console -f <single-file>. Need to support multiple files passed to comply to OSCAL standards that each model reside in a separate file. Should also account for writing back to the correct file.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Given multiple files are passed to the lula console
• When the console is loaded
• Then all files/models are reconciled properly
