Multiple Registries: enabled via a couple changes to the bundle and an added element to a UDS config variable. As may be obvious from reviewing the UDS config changes, bundle updates will not be necessary to enable additional registries once 0.5.0 is installed.
Testing: I've created, logged into, and pushed/pulled the hello-world image from both the unexpected-name and ninjago registries. Both registries are live in the dev environment. See #186 for more screenshots and details.
Documentation: I've recorded the steps which need to be taken in the UI to setup multiple registries. Note, two of the three were required to use any registry. It may be easier to read fully rendered
