feat: update sso name and clientid in uds package yaml #19

Updated UDS Package yaml to meet the standards for the UDS Badge Verification. This update resolves following issues that are opened for this repo:

Should name the client Login (i.e. Mattermost Login) to provide login UX consistency. https://github.com/defenseunicorns/uds-package-confluence/issues/10

Should clearly mark the client id with the group and app name uds-- (i.e. uds-swf-mattermost) to provide consistency in the Keycloak UI. https://github.com/defenseunicorns/uds-package-confluence/issues/11
