As a user of the Software Factory package I want the package to be delivered as a single item that is not unnecessarily ginormous So that I don't need to use extra DVDs or unnecessary bandwidth to receive and deploy the pkg

As a Software Factory Package maintainer I want the package to be efficiently packaged So that the feedback loop is faster
